Common Questions

Everything you need to know about your eclectic finds.

How long does shipping usually take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your whimsical package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your new treasures. If an item arrives damaged or isn't quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We offer replacements for damaged goods and store credit for eligible returns in original condition.
How should I care for metal and rustic decor?
To preserve the vintage charm of our metal signs and garden stakes, we recommend keeping them out of direct, harsh weather when possible. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or water on unfinished wood accents to maintain their rustic finish.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes! We are thrilled to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. This makes it easy to stock up on heartfelt keepsakes and home accents without worrying about extra fees at checkout.
Are your novelty gifts suitable for outdoor use?
Many of our garden stakes and solar lanterns are designed for outdoor durability. However, delicate items like wooden gnomes or paper-based decor are best kept indoors or on covered porches to protect them from rain and extreme sun exposure.
